One of the most notable Greek wineries and based in Santorini, the vineyards boast ungrafted, phylloxera safe, original rootstock. Argyros considers Assyrtiko to be a heritage grape and their wine reflects the pure character of this variety. Exclusively hand harvested from volcanic soils, these vines, averaging 100 120 years old, produce completely dry wine with high natural
